OTS Training Tip of the Week

Easily Add Screen Shots in MS Office

Did you know there is a screen capture tool built into Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel?

While editing your file, click the Insert tab in the ribbon. Click on the Screenshot button and then select Screen Clipping from the drop down menu.

Screenshot Button

Your screen will become opaque white and your mouse will turn into a plus symbol. Select the area of the screen you wish to capture by holding down the left mouse button and dragging to draw a square. Release the mouse button and your screen shot will be added to the file you are editing.
