Enroll now in the fall 2018 highly acclaimed and nationally recognized self-defense program known as R.A.D.
R.A.D. Stands for Rape Aggression Defense and is a Women’s Self Defense Class. This program is a hands-on course designed to emphasize confidence and self-discipline while developing & enhancing options of self-defense. This course will teach basic self-defense techniques and emphasize common sense approaches to safety on campus. Classes are taught by certified instructors from the Office of Public Safety.
This class is open to all female-identified students, staff and faculty are welcome at this training.
The course will be held at 6:00 pm the Monday evenings beginning October 1,2018. There are a total of four session to complete the course. Each session will be from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Class location will be provided when confirmation is received. The course is available at no cost, but is advised that you register early, as class size is limited.
