The move away from the remote Blackboard 24/7 support service is in response to faculty requests and on-going research through the Blackboard Adoption Initiative. The return of Blackboard support to campus is effective as of July 1, 2018.
What this means for the campus
Support and resolution for TU-specific issues will be provided directly from the TU Blackboard team, which will be comprised of full-time staff and student administrators.
New support options
Blackboard support will be available over the phone, through TechHelp service requests, scheduled appointments, departmental or individual workshops. TU-specific self-help documentation will be accessible at any time.
