Parking & Transportation Services would like to remind those who issue department visitor parking codes to campus guests that the codes issued for this academic year will expire on June 30, 2018. After that date, they will no longer be valid for use at any paystation. If you will be having a guest after June 30, 2018, please ensure you provide them with a new code for the coming year. Requests for FY19 department visitor codes will be accepted beginning May 29, 2018. New codes will be valid as of July 1, 2018. Additional visitor code requests may be submitted throughout the year. To make your request, please submit the Visitor Code Request Form available on our website.
As a reminder, codes may only be given to individuals who are guests of the campus. Faculty/Staff and students may not be given codes for any reason and may be subject to significant fines and other sanctions if they are found using a code.
Billing for FY18 codes will be done in early July through PeopleSoft journal entries or an invoice will be sent. Departments will only be billed for codes that are actually used by a guest at the paystation during the fiscal year.
